PFLAG Greeley obtained its official status as a non-profit 501(C)(3) chapter affiliate of PFLAG National in November, 2015 and is open to all persons without regard to their religious or social affiliations, race, gender, ethnic identity, or physical ability.
What We Do

PROVIDE SUPPORT for those attending our regular monthly meetings and through emails, phone calls, or one-on-one meetings

OFFER EDUCATION on a wide variety of LGBTQ+ topics and issues by inviting speakers, viewing films, and hosting panel discussions at our monthly meetings. Topics have included: Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation, When Your Child Comes Out, The Importance of Using Correct Gender Pronouns, Creating Safe Schools for LGBTQ+ Youth, What the Bible Really Says About Homosexuality, Understanding Transgender and Gender Expansive Identities, What is Conversion Therapy

ADVOCATE for our LGBTQ+ community by partnering with local businesses, organizations, churches, and agencies to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues

DISTRIBUTE LITERATURE at community events such as the District 6 Back to School Kickoff, school and community fairs, and local PRIDE events

POST LGBTQ+ STORIES AND EVENTS on our Facebook page to keep our followers informed of issues and events happening internationally, nationally, statewide, and locally

HOST EVENTS such as our Holiday Brunch and our Annual PFLAG Family Pride Picnic to unite families, friends, and allies together with their LGBTQ+ loved ones to celebrate acceptance, love, diversity, and inclusion
